Covering a land area of 80 acres and a construction area of 150,000 to 200,000 square meters, Phase 2 will be home to a biological sample center, a tumor big data center, an experimental animal center, a result transfer center and other national public platforms and regional sharing centers to meet the requirements of more than 1,000 people and future development space.

Covering an area of 600 acres, we will build a high-end scientific research and clinical platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the field of tumor and basic medicine research and development, as well as support the construction of the affiliated Qiantang Hospital (a general hospital) and the tumor precision treatment center. It is planned to be put into use at the end of 2024 to fulfil the development of the whole chain of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research.
