In the field of medical education, the Hangzhou Institute of Medicine, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has developed an innovative external system characterized by “joint construction between the Institute and Province, cooperation between the Institute and local entities, and integration of the Institute with affiliated hospitals.” This system not only promotes the optimal allocation and sharing of resources but also significantly invigorates both research and teaching. Building on this foundation, we have successfully developed a graduate education platform with exceptional faculty, comprehensive research facilities, distinct academic features, and a robust management system.
