On January 25, 2024, the unveiling ceremony of the Hangzhou Institute of Medicine Chinese Academy of Sciences was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Attendees included Hou Jianguo, President and Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Yi Lianhong, Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congress, who jointly inaugurated the Institute.

On the same day, the Fifth Molecular Medicine Summit Forum was also held. This forum brought together leading domestic experts and scholars to discuss cutting-edge issues in molecular medicine, share the latest research findings, and collaboratively build a future blueprint for the discipline, contributing wisdom and strength to the advancement of molecular medicine and healthcare.
