Jin Li is an associate researcher at the Hangzhou Institute of Medicine, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Li received a Ph.D. from the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Hunan University in 2019, conducted postdoctoral research at the institute from 2020 to 2022, and joined its research staff in May 2022.

Li’s research focuses on intelligent molecular diagnostics, cancer liquid biopsy, and cell-surface engineering. The work has appeared in journals including the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Analytical Chemistry, and Science China Chemistry.

Li has led projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Zhejiang Provincial Excellent Young Scientists Fund, and special funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
